Bhopal. Grand completion of a month long yoga campaign organized at Radharaman Ayurveda Medical College Research Hospital on the theme Yoga for Healthy and Active Ageing) organized in the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium during this campaign Various programs were organized aimed at making different classes aware of yoga. Regular yoga training sessions for students under the campaign, outreach programs in nearby areas, yoga training, counselling on healthy lifestyle (lifestyle counseling) and inspirational activities to adopt yoga. Through these programs, participants were informed about the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. The remarkable achievement of the campaign was that the college principal, deputy principal, all the teaching and non-educational staff and students enthusiastically participated in the online 100 Yoga Challenge and were honored to be part of the Guinness World Record. In this order, all the members of the college family introduced their commitment and dedication to yoga by practicing collective yoga on 21st June in the Yoga Sangam program. The theme of Yoga for Healthy Aging is extremely relevant in todays time, as regular yoga practice plays an important role in keeping the person physically, mentally and emotionally healthy, active and independent even at the growing age. The Radharaman Group will always encourage such events to spread health, discipline and positive life values in students and society. At the end of the program, all participants were pledged to make yoga an integral part of their daily life. The month long campaign of International Yoga Day-2026 was officially concluded expressing gratitude to all teachers, staff, students and colleagues for the successful event.
