Dr. Subhashini Sagar is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department-MBA at Radharaman Engineering College, Bhopal.
She holds MBA in Human Resource Management from Hyderabad, Telangana and Ph.D. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. She has over 15 years of Academic experience and 8 years of Industrial experience. She has Published 01 Patent (AI -Based Intelligent Recruitment System for Automated candidate screening and Ranking) nearly 10 Research Papers in reputed Nations and International Journals and conferences.
